What it means to have the hair of your dreams
No matter how you celebrate the holidays, the last two chapters of the year are steeped in deep tradition. And for most of us, tradition is born in our earliest days. In winter, doorways strung with garland in warm candlelit rooms and savoring meals made by loving hands. And naturally, in anticipation of the holiday itself: bright packages, brilliant ribbons, crinkling paper, and all those pretty promises inside.
For a few precious years, our wildest dreams are delivered to our doors—and for one day of the year, everything seems possible. But somehow, as we grow older, this magic starts to lose some of its shine. For every little spark of joy, there’s an ice-cold avalanche of responsibility. And suddenly, the “spirit of the season” starts to feel a lot like “the holiday hustle.” It’s sort of missing the point, isn’t it?
So this year, your friends at Hair La Vie would like to invite you to a different kind of seasonal celebration. We call it Hair Dazzled Holiday, and it’s your opportunity to return to a simpler time when WONDER was the way of the world. A time when everything you could possibly desire, including the Hair of Your Dreams, was only a wish away.
We are thrilled to collaborate with celebrated fantasy photographer Alex Stoddard in capturing these dreamy desires, and we simply can’t wait for ALL of us to be transported to a new world. His unique whimsical vision was the perfect expression of our holiday message...one that we hope speaks to your imagination this holiday season.
Of course, we wouldn’t send you on this magical journey alone. So it’s with great pleasure that we introduce you to your Seasonal Spirit Guides: three poised, powerful women who embody the Hair La Vie brand ethos. They’re hard-wired to dream BIG, and they’re not afraid of a little hard work. But they’ve also learned that the path to success—in life, in love, in business and beyond—isn’t about working against something. It’s about working with what you’ve been given and then giving it all you’ve got. Spoiler alert: this goes for hair, too.
