Instructions

Mix the oats and the apple cider to a paste consistency. Add the lemon juice and brown sugar until evenly incorporated. Apply to your skin, and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. This gives the oils time to be absorbed by the oats, and the acid neutralizes the surface of your skin. Then gently massage your face to exfoliate and increase circulation. 

Skin soother

1 teaspoon peppermint leaves

4 teaspoons white tea leaves

½ cup boiled, distilled water

1 tablespoon aloe vera gel

Instructions

Combine peppermint and white tea leaves and steep in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Pour into a glass container and let it cool. Once cooled, mix in your aloe vera gel and transfer all of it into a spray bottle to mist on your skin.
